1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly through intake forms, coaching sessions, and account interactions, including: name, email, department affiliation, rank, years of service, self-assessment responses, written scenario responses, leadership philosophy, and any additional information you choose to share. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To prepare your coaching assessment and personalized session plan.
- To communicate with you about scheduling, sessions, and resources.
- To improve our coaching services internally (never to train external AI models).
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) your assigned TPS coach; (b) service providers we use to operate the Platform (hosting, email delivery, scheduling) under confidentiality obligations; and (c) when required by law.
For department cohort engagements, aggregate observations may be shared with the sponsoring department, but individual confidential coaching content is never disclosed without your written consent.

4. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and role-based authentication. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
5. Data Retention
We retain intake responses, session notes, and coaching records for as long as you are an active client and for a reasonable period thereafter for our records and to support future coaching engagements. You may request deletion at any time, subject to our legitimate business and legal retention obligations.
6. Your Rights

7. Cookies & Local Storage
The Platform uses cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, preserve intake drafts, and remember access to the resource portal. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Platform may not function correctly.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended for adult fire service and EMS professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision.
